These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to any individual (“Guest”) submitting a reservation form for the private jet expedition, Colors of the World (“Tour”), scheduled for March 2026 and operated by Aeroluxe Expeditions LLC (“Aeroluxe”). By submitting a reservation form and/or making a payment, Guest agrees to be bound by these Terms, regardless of whether a separate agreement is signed.
1. PRICING & SERVICES: The quoted price of $98,995 is per person based on double occupancy and includes accommodations, private jet flights, excursions, certain meals, transfers, and services as specified in the official Aeroluxe itinerary. The additional price for single occupancy is $16,975. Prices are subject to change prior to deposit. Increases in the cost of fuel, tariffs/taxes or governmental regulations may warrant an additional charge. Optional upgrades, pre- and post-trip arrangements, and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise noted. There will no refund for anything included in the Tour price that the Guest chooses not to use voluntarily or for missed activities, early departures, and no-shows.
2. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: At the time of submission of the reservation form, a deposit of $24,748.75 (25% of the total trip cost) must be paid. No later than 24 weeks prior to departure (September 24, 2025), $49,497.50 (50% of the trip cost) must be paid. No later than 12 weeks prior to departure (December 16, 2025), the remaining balance of $24,748.75 must be paid. Reservations made on or after December 16, 2025 (within 12 weeks of departure) must be paid in full.
3. ESCROW ACCOUNT & FINANCIAL PROTECTION: All guest payments will be securely held in an independent third-party escrow account. Funds will only be released to Aeroluxe upon fulfillment of agreed terms. In the event of Aeroluxe Expeditions LLC becoming financially insolvent, funds held in Escrow will be released to the guest. Guests will receive the escrow details when deposit payments or full payments are made via credit card or wire.
4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: All cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancellation by Guest: The following cancellation fees apply:
For cancellations up to 24 weeks before departure: 25% of the total trip cost
Between 24 and 12 weeks before departure: 50% of the total trip cost
Within 12 weeks before departure: 100% of the total trip cost
Guest agrees that the cancellation fees above are reasonable liquidated damages and are not penalties.
Cancellation by Aeroluxe:
If Aeroluxe cancels due to insufficient guest participation (fewer than 34 guests), a full refund will be issued. Notification of cancellation will be provided no later than 30 days prior to departure.
If Aeroluxe cancels the Tour due to a Force Majeure event, Aeroluxe will notify Guest as soon as reasonably possible. In such cases, Aeroluxe shall have no liability for any costs incurred by Guest, including but not limited to airfare, lodging, visa fees, or other travel-related expenses. Any refund issued by Aeroluxe shall be deemed full and final settlement, and Guest agrees to waive any claim to additional monetary compensation or judicial relief.
5. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: All guests are required to carry comprehensive travel accident insurance with worldwide coverage, including at least $50,000 in medical coverage and $250,000 in emergency evacuation coverage. Proof of insurance must be submitted to Aeroluxe no later than January 10, 2026, or 60 days prior to departure.
6. GUEST FITNESS & MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS: Guest must be in good health and capable of participating in all scheduled activities. Aeroluxe reserves the right to request medical clearance or deny participation based on health or safety concerns. Guest is required to disclose all relevant medical conditions at the time of submitting the reservation form. By agreeing to these Terms, Guest affirms that they are not aware of any physical, mental, or other condition that would create a hazard to themselves or to other participants, or that would materially impact the Tour. Aeroluxe reserves the right to remove any Guest from the Tour at the Guest’s own expense for non-compliance with these requirements.
7. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, VISAS & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: It is the responsibility of Guest to ensure that all required travel documents are in place, including a passport valid for at least six months after the return date, any required visas, vaccination certifications, and any other documentation necessary for travel to the destinations included in the Tour. Guest affirms that they are not in violation of, and agree to comply with, all laws, rules, and regulations of each city, state, or country visited during the Tour. While Aeroluxe may provide general guidance, it assumes no responsibility for denied.
8. ITINERARY CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE: Aeroluxe has compiled the Tour program with great care. However, circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to acts of nature, weather conditions, government actions, mechanical issues, pandemics, labor strikes, or other force majeure events) may require changes to the itinerary. Aeroluxe and its airline partners reserve the right to substitute aircraft if necessary. Aeroluxe may also modify accommodations, activities, or modes of transportation as needed for safety, logistical, or operational reasons. In the event of a force majeure situation, Aeroluxe reserves the right to make material changes to the itinerary, Tour inclusions, or maximum number of Guests, which may result in additional costs payable by Guest. No refunds will be provided for modifications required due to force majeure events.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Aeroluxe is responsible for the proper execution of the air cruise but cannot be held liable for bodily harm, material damage, or financial harm caused by airlines, hotels, or other third-party service providers. This includes delays and breakdowns of aircraft, ships, buses, cars, or other means of transportation not under direct control of Aeroluxe. Aeroluxe is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to property, including money. These terms do not affect the liability of transportation companies and hoteliers under applicable law or treaty. Aeroluxe is neither responsibility nor liability for any unusual and unforeseen circumstances and events such as fire, flood, earthquakes, wars, civil disturbances, riots, terrorist acts, crimes, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, outbreaks of illness, quarantines, mechanical and technical failures, or any other incidents beyond its reasonable control.
Guests agree to release Aeroluxe, its staff, partners, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Aeroluxe shall be entitled to the benefit of applicable statutes and laws of United States or any other country or international convention for the most favorable release from or limitation of liability.
10. CODE OF CONDUCT & REMOVAL Guests must follow Aeroluxe policies and instructions at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the expedition without refund. Aeroluxe reserves the right to deny boarding or terminate participation for any reason related to safety, health, or behavior.
The aircraft carrier shall have to right to refuse boarding or remove Guest if:
(a) Guest is or appears to be visibly intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances;
(b) Guest refuses to consent to customary search of self, Guest’s personal belongings or luggage deemed by the Air Carrier or responsible airport authorities
(c) Guest is creating a hazard or risk to self/others, damaging property or being a public nuisance
(d) Guest does not possess the appropriate travel documents, including required visas or certifications, or has failed to comply with the laws and regulations of any city, state, or country included in the Tour.
11. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING USE: Aeroluxe may use images and videos taken during the journey for marketing and promotional purposes. Guests may opt out by submitting a written request prior to departure
12. PUBLIC HEALTH & COMMUNICABLE DISEASES: Guest accept risks associated with travel during global health events, including pandemics. Aeroluxe is not responsible for quarantine costs, denied entry, or disruptions caused by health-related regulations
13. LUGGAGE: Guests may bring up to 80 lbs. of checked luggage in a maximum of two suitcases and 15 lbs. of carry-on. Overweight or oversized items are subject to restrictions. Aeroluxe is not liable for lost or delayed baggage
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW: This booking is treated as a contract made in the state of Pennsylvania and are governed by Pennsylvania law.
Arbitration: Any and all disputes, claims, or controversies whatsoever in which Guest or any other claimant asserts damages will be resolved through binding arbitration in Allegheny County in the State of Pennsylvania, U.S.A, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States. Guest understands and agrees to waive a trial by jury and that the arbitrator’s ruling will be final and binding.
Other: Aeroluxe shall not be held responsible for any psychological or emotional distress unless directly caused by the gross negligence of Aeroluxe. Furthermore, Aeroluxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits or additional expenses, unless such damages result directly from a material breach of these Terms or the gross negligence of Aeroluxe.
Class Action Waiver: Guest hereby knowingly agree to waive any right to participate in a class action even if applicable law allows otherwise.
Statute of limitation: Aeroluxe shall not be responsible for any claims not submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the Tour. Guest expressly agrees that no legal action for any claim including injury, illness or death shall be commenced unless communicated within thirty (30) days and served to Aeroluxe within another sixty (60) days. Guest hereby waives any and all state or federal limitation periods for claims, including but not limited to, those related to for claims, including but not limited to, those related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), civil rights, trade practices and advertising.
15. AMENDMENDS & CHANGES: To ensure our published content is accurate, we will correct any inaccuracies or omission and update these
Terms & Conditions as necessary at any time. Guest should check the Aeroluxe website prior to travel for any changes for such changes
and amended Terms & Conditions.
16. ACCEPTANCE: These Terms are deemed accepted by the guest upon submission of the reservation form and/or payment. They govern all bookings whether or not a separate signature is collected.
